Vacationing In Cabo San Lucas

IMG_0177

A couple of weeks ago I vacationed in Mexico's Cabo San Lucas. I shared a few pictures on my Instagram of the getaway. It was a great getaway that was filled with exuberant amounts of sun, unbelievable views, finger licking dishes, and wonderful celebrations. I celebrated being on vacation with great company, toasting a grand celebration of my sister's 30th birthday, and the blessing Cabo San Lucas was to us.

With so much to share from the trip I complied some photos of all of the great views, smiles, and joys on our trip. From the spectacular views of the water, the land's architecture, and the service provided by the people of Cabo, it was a trip I will never forget. I hope you are able to experience how great Cabo San Lucas is through these wonderful photos.

We stayed at the Riu Sante Fe resort which was filled with awe inspiring views of palm trees. This view came from just raising your head from the pool's view.

Celebration was in order as we cheered and toasted to my sister's 30th birthday at this wonderful restaurant away from the resort called Hacienda Cocina y Cantina. Such a wonderful moment shared together. The entrees and desserts were out of this world. :-)

IMG_0079 I was so impressed with the amount of nature filled trees, cacti and aloe plants on the resort I needed a photo right in the middle of it all.

On our first night out of the resort we dined at a wonderfully recommended restaurant called Edith's. We drank tequila, ate salads prepared right in front of our eyes, savoured tasty lobster and hand sized schrimps, then closed our eyes in awe as we finished desserts. OMG!!

The spectacular ocean view that awaited us as we entered Hacienda Cocina y Cantina restaurant. An unbelievable view. We even had the option of dining on the beach.

I was happy to say that this is how my Monday started on my trip. No work only play as I basked in the Cabo sun.

My sister and I at the marina after a wonderful boat ride to the Arch, a few private beaches, and a snorkeling session (of which Jennifer participated in. She said it was amazing!). Huge thanks to Sebastian from Orbitz excursions advising us to go on this boat ride. I was in wonderland with the bluest of blue waters! Or maybe it was just all of those drinks on board ;-).

A great shot of Hacienda Cocina y Cantina's brick stone masterpiece of their restaurant. This was after dinner as we awaited for our ride back to the resort. Such a spectacular place.
