I'm a natural sucker for bright colors so when I kept seeing neon colors popping up in the fall and winter season I was so delighted. This bright pop not only ups an outfit but I'm sure it brightens spirits as well. It really is a breath of fresh air to see a peek of neon under a fashionista's arm or laminated on her nails or even peeking through her coat. Don't you think so?
