Sigh...pleats pleats and more pleats. I am quite fascinated with this wonderous playful texture on fabric. I look at the nameless faces in the streets steadily walking or taking a stroll and all the while their pleated dresses and skirts sway and flow in the wind. It's like music blowing in the air. As such this got me quite inspired to post about this look. Enjoy the wonderful views below and tell me if you hear the music as well.
