I was an avid watcher of the now defunct show Girlfriends. Tracee Ellis Ross's character Joan Clayton was my favorite for her style and in a particular episode she wore an awesome pair of men's camouflage pants that looked utterly amazing on her. I'll never forget the outfit, she wore a sleek fitted black turtle neck sweater, the slouchy camouflage pants and a sexy pair of pointed heels! Right there I became a fan of the style. Until then I'd never seen camouflage worn in such a feminine way. Of course the men (seen in a few pictures here) still give it all that it needs but seeing a female in it gives a je ne sais quoi! :-)Viewing these photos below showed me how much of a staple camouflage should be in anyone's closet. This print has such versatility. Its your basic black on which you can add your own personal style like with fashionable pins, a great pop of color bag, sequins for a bit of glam or even the perfect pump! oohh I'm getting excited!
