Reward Style NYFW Party

For the last few fashion seasons Reward Style has celebrated the momentous journeys of fashion bloggers by hosting a grandiose party in the heart of NYC and this season was no exception. The likes of many pretty faces and fabulous styles walked the rooftop of Empire hotel. The fashion was undeniably top tier as every blogger showed her best attributes to mingle with her camaraderie. It was a spectacular moment to be among ladies of fashion blogging.

Before the grand meetup group Bloggers Who Brunch On Fashion launched there was a mini gathering I set up as a way to get to know more about the bloggers (of those in NYC, linked below) I met at IFBcon. It was a bit of a short moment's notice but luckily a few of the wonderful bloggers were able to attend. I was on my high and excited and anxious to meet with the ladies. Suffice to say it was an instantaneous click. I believe we all were so excited to get to know one another and share our passions. The gathering was held at Sarabeth's on Central Park South. The brunch was amazing(!!!) and though the wait was tremendously long(totally expected for prime tourist area) we held our own by having great conversations. Sarabeth's held true to the nature of what the city is. Great ambiance, an opulent crowd of new yorkers and tourists, and great food. All in all it was a great day and because it was such a success I said I must keep it going, and thus became Bloggers Who Brunch On Lunch.

I'm so excited to share my new venture with you! Attending IFBcon in February was a life changing moment for me. It made me feel empowered and motivated to follow my dreams and act on my ideas. Seeing bloggers from all walks of style and fashion confirmed that there is room for every thought, every expression, every goal, every aspiration. I've actively participated in events that I never thought I would do or attend. I'm interested in learning so much of what the blogging community has to offer. I was fortunate enough to meet wonderful bloggers at the conference and have kept in contact with several of the Ladies (Ely Duran, Lauren Brake, Helen Abiola, Kendra Porter, Emijaa Jaaemil, and Fabiola Michele). This gave me an idea. To keep the momentum going and live on the high life of dream catching I decided to create a group on meetup.com called Bloggers Who Brunch On Fashion. This group is geared toward fashion bloggers that want to meet other bloggers and share ideas, goals, and knowledge of what they know about this community. It is something of greatness to bounce ideas around and learn how to improve your blog (and social life!) by just being a part of all the great bloggers that share great goals for their blog.
